Before You Book — Please Read
- Please remove all personal items from the vehicle before your appointment. Anything left in a cleaning area will not be tampered with or cleaned.
- A standard 120V power outlet must be within 50 ft of the vehicle.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a detail take?+
A full detail typically takes around 3 hours, an interior detail takes 2 to 2.5 hours, and an exterior detail takes around 1.5 to 2 hours.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?+
Not the whole time, but we do need access to the vehicle and a standard 120V outlet within 50 ft. If you'll be away, just leave the keys and outlet accessible. If you plan to leave during the appointment, the remaining balance must be paid ahead of time.
What if it rains?+
For exterior services we'll reach out to reschedule at no cost. Interior-only details can usually still happen — we'll confirm the morning of.
Do you provide water?+
Yes! We provide water. We only ask for access to a standard electrical outlet within 50 ft of the vehicle.
Do I need to remove my personal items?+
Yes. Please clear out all personal belongings before we arrive. Anything left in a cleaning area will be worked around, not moved or cleaned due to liability issues.
How does the deposit work?+
A $30 deposit secures your booking and is applied to your total. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment forfeit the deposit.
What areas do you serve?+
Madison and the greater Dane County area. Check the service area map below — outside that range, book anyway and we'll confirm or refund your deposit.
How do I pay the balance?+
The remaining balance is paid in person after the detail is complete. Your deposit will go towards the total. We accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and cash or card (tap only).

The blue area is roughly how far we'll drive — Madison and the greater surrounding towns: DeForest, Sun Prairie, Cottage Grove, McFarland, Verona, Fitchburg, Waunakee, and Middleton.
Not sure if you're in range? Book anyway — if your address is outside our service area, we'll cancel the appointment and fully refund your deposit.
